Beam Anchors

Gemtor offers a complete line of beam anchors in configurations to fit almost any application. The SBA series of sliding beam anchors mount on the top or bottom flange of a horizontal structural I-Beam and are designed to follow a worker as he moves along the beam. The VBA series anchors can be mounted to either a vertical or horizontal I-beam and remain fixed in place until moved. The VBA series can be used as a single point anchorage connector or as part of an engineered horizontal lifeline system.

Model # SBA-141 - Sliding Beam Anchor for 4" - 14" wide Beams

Automatic rotary locking system for fast secure attachment to beam, fits beams from 4”-14” wide and up to 1 1/8” thick.

Anchor Slings

Gemtor anchor slings provide an OSHA-compliant anchor point when attached to a structural support capable of supporting at least 5,000 lbs. The anchor slings are made of 1 3/4" wide polyester with a 3" wide wear pad to protect against abrasion.

Model # AS-1
Features 2 like-sized, snaphook-compatible D-rings (connection is made to both D-rings)

Model # AS-2
Choker-type sling that has one standard size, snaphook-compatible D-ring that passes through a larger D-ring (connection is made to the standard D-ring)

Anchor D-rings

Drop forged alloy steel D-rings provide an OSHA-compliant, snaphook-compatible anchor point when bolted to a structural support capable of supporting at least 5,000 lbs.

Model # AD-1
Supplied with 1/2" diameter x 2" long Grade 8 bolt, nut and lock washer.

Model # AD-2
Same as AD-1 except with mounting hole for 1/2" bolt only, bolt not included.

Model # AD-1C
Supplied with concrete mounting kit for 1/2" diameter hole.

Boom Strap

Model # BA-1
Allows attachment of fall protection system to boom of bucket truck. Made of 13/4" wide polyester webbing with forged alloy steel adjusting buckle.

Roof Anchors

Reusable Roof Anchor 
Model # RAMU1 - "Hinge-style" zinc-plated steel anchor mounts at the peak of the roof and comes complete with a zinc-plated forged steel D-ring. Attaches to the roof using 16d (penny) double-headed nails or #8 x 3 1/2" long wood screws. Anchor is designed to be removed when the job is complete and reused after inspection. Features a dimensionally correct connection point and is an OSHA-compliant anchorage point capable of supporting 5,000 lbs.

Single-Use Roof Anchor 
Model # RASU1 - Galvanized steel anchor attaches to the peak of the roof using 16d (penny) nails and is designed to be cut off or bent over when the job is complete. (The entire anchor can also be removed and discarded after use.) The unique one piece design features a dimensionally correct connection point and is an OSHA-compliant anchorage point capable of supporting 5,000 lbs.
